Georgia Tech is pleased to offer 10th and Home Buildings E & F to single graduate students. Last year E & F apartments were the highest in demand and the most popular. With a variety of features and amenities designed to make your life as comfortable as possible E & F apartments are an obvious choice for on campus housing.

SINGLE GRADUATE HOUSING

10th and Home Furnished Apartments

10th and Home now offers furnished two bedroom apartments for graduate students. Two graduate students (of the same gender) will share the best of both worlds- Luxury of off-campus living without the worry of filling an apartment with your own furniture! Each apartment features private bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area, and a washer and dryer. Rent, utilities, and maintenance costs are combined, making payments simple.

Furnished apartments include a desk, dresser, bed, dining room table with chairs, sofa, chairs, and a washer and dryer.

Graduate Living Center

The GLC has modified policies, staffing patterns, and activities that reflect the age and maturity of its residents. Each apartment features four private bedrooms and two bathrooms. All residents of the apartment share a furnished living room and full kitchen. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed (featuring an extra long mattress), desk, desk chair, wardrobe, and dresser. There are also study lounges throughout the building if you need an area for studying with a group or by yourself. The workout room and laundry room are located on the first floor of the building.

A place where you can report to class or the lab, grab lunch with a few friends, do a little shopping, and come home to a cheerful, modern apartment---doing all these things within a mile of each other. Family Housing has gated on-site parking available through Georgia Tech Parking and Transportation, and an enclosed, park like courtyard with picnic area and child-friendly playground.

10th & Home is a community where you can live, work, and play.

We are excited that a new day care center will be added to 10th & Home! The Georgia Tech Day Care Center will be available for students, faculty and staff and should be open in September 2012. More details about registration and costs will be available late Spring 2012..

In order to ensure a quality living environment, priority is given to students. A student with his/her spouse or a student with his/her child must jointly occupy the assigned unit. Residents may not sublease their unit and must comply with the terms and conditions of the housing contract. We offer two options for families: one bedroom and two bedroom unfurnished apartments at an affordable price.

Unfurnished Apartment Layouts

One bedroom or two bedroom options are available for unfurnished apartments. An open floor plan allows you to create a space that is perfect for you and your family.

$300 prepayment required for Family Housing

*The Prepayment goes towards your 1st month or semester rent.
